Healthy elimination clears your body of waste produced by digestion and the body’s normal metabolism.
Although this function of the GI tract is not part of polite conversation, it is an essential process to rid the body of toxins.
The accumulation of toxins in the body impacts the whole body causing a wide range of symptoms from skin breakouts to foggy thinking.
The most healthy GI tract eliminates waste on a regular basis, three times daily, food in – waste out schedule. In the American culture this schedule is rarely achieved. However, a minimum for health is daily, routine elimination with little effort. Dependence on laxatives to achieve elimination is detrimental to health.
Step Three is naturally achieved through adequate intake of water, fresh, whole, fiber-containing foods and exercise.
